    I design synchronous calling experiences to strengthen support teams, and enable them to focus on making their customers happier.

    Sr. Product Designer - Client Experience, Identity & Access Management

    I focused on addressing gaps in the legal client experience, and enabling access to justice and the appropriate legal services.

    • Lead Design for Clio's customer Identity system, permissions and secure-access management across all firm user roles, positioning Clio for growth to mid-market firm customers

    • Designed an integration with Google My Business, providing greater visibility for lawyers in specialized practice areas and a tailored discovery path for new clients, which has led to higher quality leads with less administrative burden on the firm

    • Key contributor to the design org growth through hiring and mentorship

    Product Designer - Feedback & Idea Management Suite

    I built tools to help product organizations plan + communicate their strategies, and stay aligned to a core vision.

    • Designed and launched the previously lagging build for a new core MVP offering within my first three months at the company

    • Lead efforts to unify the 3 core pillars of the product into a single ecosystem

    • Principal role in designing and building V1 of the company’s Design System.

    • Principal involvement in researching and developing Roadmunk's long-term product vision and strategy

    Interaction Designer - Software Reviews

    I used data to help companies such as IBM, CISCO, and NASA evaluate and make better-informed decisions in their software choices.

    • Conceptualized and delivered the Data Bites product; a code-generated aggregate of software review data, in an easily digestible format. These became a best-selling product marketing artifact within just a few weeks of launch

    • Designed the Vendor Portal– a self-serve hub which offered greater control to our large-scale enterprise software clients

    Product Designer - Channels, Retail, Merchant Identity

    I explored the future of entrepreneurship; building features for the core platform, as well as app and channel integrations with Instagram, Facebook, Nest and others.

    • Designed the first iteration of the globally successful Instagram sales channel integration, giving Shopify merchants access to millions of daily active users on Instagram, with some yielding results of up to 29.3% increase in month-over-month revenue within two months of the Beta launch

    • Designed a unified single sign-on merchant identity rolled out to all users on the platform

    • Designed powerful integrations for Shopify’s Retail POS software

    Owner, Lead Designer

    Rhyseco.com - Toronto-based brand, specializing in rare limited edition head wraps and ties. All products handmade in West Africa.

    • Conducted extensive research to determine market share / target audience

    • Developed and implemented a comprehensive business plan and all components of the brand identity (Print & Web)– logo, packaging, visual design of social media pages etc., maintaining a consistent voice across all marketing channels and placing customer needs front and centre in the process

    Agency Contract - Lagos, Nigeria

    Built a customer satisfaction survey system (CS Cube) for the Central Bank of Nigeria; rolled out to 5 commercial banks across the country.
